When I finally received my "correct" items, I was very pleased, but this was after spending counteless hours having the company I purchased it from, tell me, it would not work with my camera, when I knew it only needed the CORRECT flash module, that was "suppose" to be included with the flash itself. They included a Nikon flash module. It literally took me (50) pages of copied e-mails to get to the right person, who took a personal interest, and got my shipment correct, and obviously, I had to ship back everything I bought, including the part that worked perfectly. All they had to do was exchange a single flash module and the problem was solved, but not one single customer service person who think and act logically, not one! It took me days and days to resolve this shipment problem, and I spoke to forgein, non-American customer service people who spoke from scripted information, and they were unconcerned and powerless to solve a problem. I cannot enphasize enough how difficult resolving the problems with my order were with this company, there are not enough words, but I have tried. I am very pleased with the product, but the company I purchased it from, well, if you get the wrong thing shipped to your home, God help you!
