This flash is a good addd on if you have an EOS. It is small, portable/light which is a good thing. Larger and heavier flashes may put out more light when needed, or have faster recycle times, but this flash has worked fine for me.
It recycles fast enough (I have not missed a shot that I wanted because of the flash cycling too slowly) and it is fine for indoor use.
