Nikon Sb 600 Speedlight Flash For Nikon Digital Slr Cameras

Nikon SB-600
Great strobe with a very solid feel. Flawless performance and great battery life that balances well on my D70s and D40x cameras. I also have an SB-800 and the two work perfectly together in Remote mode with the D70s internal flash as the master. I took a series of test shots and progressively changed the output to judge the degree of control available. The SB-600 is capable of 1/3 f-stop output control or better. I highly recommend this strobe and think it should be your first choice over the SB-800 or new (and even more expensive SB-900) unless you have the rare need to have group control over multiple flash units or if your camera's internal strobe cannot act as a remote master. Then the SB-800 is your best bet. Otherwise, save your money and use it to buy other gear.

Sony HVL-F56AM High-Power Digital Camera Flash for Sony Alpha Digital SLR Camera

Excellent Flash
I cannot for the life of me figure out how I got along so long without this flash! I photograph old bars and taverns and most of these places are very dark inside. Short of asking the owner or manager to turn on the lights, I have had to painstakingly take the pictures in the dark and hope to lighten them up later. With this flash, you have nothing to worry about. You can control the length of the flash and there are so many other great features, it's hard not to recommend this flash. It comes with a manual and a stand so you can use it with a remote, but it is practically user friendly. Getting aquanted with it took no time at all and the manual is great for just in case I need the help, it is easy to figure out on your own. No brainer, if you need a flash for your Sony DSLR Camera, this is definately the one.

Canon Speedlite 580EX II Flash for Canon EOS Digital SLR Cameras

I purchased this flash for my new Canon 50D. I love it! Although, i am disappointed that a few days after i purchased it from Amazon they dropped the price, but i really needed it for a wedding. I bought ECO trends rechargeable batteries @ walmart. I didn't have to charge it for the entire day. I was amazed! I will continue to buy from amazon because they are the best in fast shipping. This flash is a great addition to my camera collection.I just started shooting weddings this year, and thought I could make do with just a 430ex. Then I went to a friends wedding, and their photographer shot 9 quick shots in a row with his flash, and I was wondering, wow how did he do that? Then I saw that he had this 580exII and the CP-E4 external power pack. Once I got this combo, it made a night and day difference. Don't have to worry about whether or not my flash will be charged when something special happens. Don't have to worry about changing batteries. This combo is a must for any low light photographer.

Canon 430EX Speedlite Flash for Canon Pro1, Pro 90, G Series and all EOS SLR Cameras

The difference between the on board flash and the speedlight is UNBELIEVABLE. Quality of pictures from bounced light (indirect) is something that you must experience to truly appreciate. If you have the 250-300 bucks to drop on it. You will really appreciate the purchase. Do yourself a favor and get some rechargeable NimH batteries and get a 15 minute charger. It will speed up recharge time and you get a lot more flashes out of one set of batteries.
