I use this flash for my Nikon D300, it is a good flash with all kind of functions that I need.
I been use it when I shot some wedding pictures and for most indoor use with my 24-70mm lens. Compare to the SB-800 speedlight, the price of the SB-600 speedlight is more than great and the function is enough. It is just like you buy a 50mm f1.8 when you want to buy the 50mm f1.4 lens.
