The light is OK, I have used it for several shooting sessions with only one slight problem. The ready beep died shortly after I started shooting with it. Minor aggrevation but it's there. I decided to keep the light in order to avoid the exchange hassles.
HOW EVER:
The lamp is advertised to come with a free softbox and I believe that is just a cheap come-on. Several emails to Adorama got me nothing.
